RedirectHub provides a link redirection service that processes incoming HTTP requests and redirects visitors to configured destination URLs. The Service operates as an intermediary and does not independently host, create, or editorially control the content at destination URLs.

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedirectHub and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at the address below. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, United States, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements we may have had between us regarding the Service.
